Founded in 2018 with just a few employees, R&M has come an impressive way to its current success. With a clear vision and firm determination, we have grown steadily, hiring and developing a dedicated team of 74 professionals by 2022. Throughout this journey, we have been dedicated not only to numerical growth, but also to continuous improvement in our performance. Our turnover has seen steady growth every 6 months, reflecting our success in the market and our customers' confidence in our products.
